| 摘 要： | 通过网络信息技术与传统产业相融合,在保留传统工艺的基础上,将白酒生产中陈酿贮存、组合调味、品评记录等工艺控制信息等实现动态化的计算机管理,开发了伊力特陈贮、勾调、品评信息化管理系统,并对系统使用人员的培训、系统的运行管理、行业间的交流、系统的继续开发等问题进行了讨论。系统的使用提高了生产效率,降低了劳动强度,缩短了新产品开发周期,稳定了产品质量,满足了消费者的需求,为企业快速持续发展提供了有力的保证。
