摘    要:以中国石油大庆炼化公司重油催化裂化装置所用原料油为原料,在固定流化床催化裂化试验装置上评价了LCC-2型催化剂的反应性能。结果表明,反应温度升高时,汽油、柴油和重油收率逐渐下降,干气和焦炭收率逐渐增加;液化气收率先升高后降低,590℃时达到最大值;乙烯收率逐渐增加,但丙烯和丁烯收率先升高后降低,均在620℃达到最大值。当反应温度为560~590℃时,低碳烯烃总收率最高可达到23.93%,液化气、汽油和柴油总收率最高为81.35%,干气、重油和焦炭的产率相对较低,产物分布较好。

Abstract:The reaction performance of catalyst LCC-2 was evaluated in a fixed fluidized bed reactor by using catalytic cracking feedstock of refining unit in Daqing Petrochemical Company as feedstock.The results showed that with increasing reaction temperature,the yields of gasoline,diesel oil and heavy oil decreased gradually,the yields of dry gas and coke increased,the yield of liquefied petroleum gas(LPG) increased first and then decreased and reached the maximal value at 590℃;the yield of ethylene increased,while the yields of propylene and butylene increased first and then decreased,and they both reached the maximal value at 620℃.When the reaction temperature was 560-590℃,the total yield of light olefins reached up to 23.93%,the total yield of LPG,gasoline and diesel oil reached up to 81.35%,the yields of dry gas,heavy oil and coke were lower,and their distributions were good.
