稳定塔塔底重沸器换热管束失效浅析

Analysis of Heat Exchange Tube Failure of Stabilizer Bottom Reboiler

The failure and cause of failure of heat exchange tubes of stabilizer bottom reboiler in SINOPEC Zhenhai Refining and Chemical Co.,Ltd are analyzed.Of all corrosion factors,the media temperature,corrosion environment,metallurgy and obstructed flow at the shell side are the culprits.Recommendations are presented in respect of reboiler design and operation optimization to reduce tube failures.
