华东区域智能电网环境下的负荷调度

摘    要:阐述了充分挖掘电力需方资源,可以缓解电力供需平衡、促进节能减排、扩大可再生能源的接入。指出传统的需求侧管理、需求侧竞价和有序用电在一定程度上有效利用了负荷侧资源。介绍了负荷调度的理论与实践,从系统运行角度出发,在智能电网技术的支持下,通过负荷调度将负荷侧资源常态化地纳入电力系统的调度运行,实现充分考虑需方资源的电力系统综合优化调度,提出华东区域智能电网环境下的负荷调度设想。

Abstract:Making full use of demand side resources can help to ease the power supply and demand balance,promote energy conservation and emission reduction,and expand access of renewable energy.To some extent,traditional demand side management,demand side bidding and orderly power consumption enhance the availability of demand side resources.Based on the introduction of theory and practice of load dispatch,this paper,from the perspective of system operation,presents comprehensive and optimal load dispatch scheme for East China regional smart grid,whereby,with the supportive smart grid technology,demand side resources can be normally connected into dispatch operation of power system through load dispatch,fully considering the integrated optimal dispatch of demand side resources.
