Aortic valve prolapse and aortic regurgitation associated with subpulmonic ventricular septal defect

Abstract:	The natural development of aortic valve deformity was studied in 315 patients with subpulmonic ventricular septal defect. The patients with early development of aortic regurgitation had a pulmonary-to-systemic flow ratio of > 1.5, normal right ventricular pressure, and severe aortic regurgitation.
