摘    要:为了提高电网运行方式制定及潮流分析的时效性与准确性,以快速形成用于调度计划校核或实际运行状态评估的运行方式潮流数据为目的,提出了一种多源数据自动整合和潮流自动调整方法。首先,以电网运行方式为基础,将电网的调度计划或实际运行数据与电网模型数据整合,形成完整的PSD-BPA格式的运行方式。然后根据数据整合后有功及无功功率不平衡量及其在电网中的分布情况,逐区域调整分区功率,形成满足功率平衡的运行方式。最后通过计算系统的最弱传输路径,调整运行方式潮流收敛性,形成最终满足分析要求的运行方式,为调度计划校核或实际运行状态评估提供初值。云南电网的实际应用结果表明了该方法的有效性和实用性。

Abstract:A method is proposed for the integration of multi-source data and auto-adjustment for power flow, with the purpose of rapidly generating the power flow calculating data for checking the dispatching plan and accessing the operation state of power grid. Based on the operation plan of power grid, the method proposed formats the operation plan into PSD-BPA form by integrating the dispatching plan, actual operating data, and model data of the power grid. Then, a power-balanced operation plan is obtained by adjusting the power flow area by area, with the consideration of distribution of power imbalance in the power grid. The active power imbalance and reactive power imbalance are derived after the integration of data. Finally, an automatic power flow convergence adjustment process is developed to generate the operation plan that meets analytical requirements according to the weakest transmission path theory. This operation plan can provide the initial data for dispatching check and operation state assessment. Actual application in Yunnan power grid has proved the effectiveness and practicality of the method proposed.
