T his article introduces the development history and current situation of the intelligent information 2based administration system of irri2 gation water efficiency in well irrigation areas, and also characterizes the synopsis composing of the intelligent information2based administration. It discusses the difficult points of popularizing of the system, and points out the fact that the size of farm lands in well irrigation area is far less than economic scale, so that the farmers lose interest in popularizing of the water efficiency information2based management system in well irriga2 tion areas. Directed against the problem, the authors present the countermeasure for popularizing the water efficiency information 2based manage2 ment system in well irrigation area.
