| Abstract: | Micro Air Vehicle is an intelligent microsystem applying MEMS technologies.According to the requirements of MAV,a novel micro air speedometer is presented.The detector of the device is an encoder driven by a micro propeller,and the signal processor is a SCM.A speedometer demonstration system is also presented. |
