摘    要:采用超声波法对山荆子总黄酮的提取工艺进行了研究。考察乙醇体积分数、超声功率、提取时间对超声波法提取山荆子中总黄酮的影响。在单因素试验的基础上,采用3因素3水平的响应面分析法对山荆子中总黄酮的提取工艺进行了优化,依据回归分析确定最优提取条件。结果表明,最佳提取工艺条件为乙醇体积分数57%,提取时间45min,超声功率473W,此时的总黄酮提取率最高,为12.86%。

Abstract:Ultrasonic wave was applied for extraction of total flavonoids from Malus baccata.Effects of ethanol concentration,ultrasonic power and extraction time on the extraction yield of total flavonoids were investigated.On the basis of single factor investigation,response surface methodology with three factors at three levels was adopted to optimize the extraction technology of total flavonoids from M.baccata.The optimal extraction parameters were determined by the regression analysis.Results showed that the optimum conditions of extraction were as follows:ethanol concentration 57%,extraction time 45 min,ultrasonic power 473 W.Under the optimized conditions,the extraction yield of total flavonoids was 12.86%.
