摘    要:采用反相乳液法,以白油为介质,以Span80 OP7为乳化剂,合成了两性PAM堵水剂。实验结果表明,最佳工艺条件为:反应温度30℃,反应时间5h,引发剂浓度07‰(对单体重量),乳化剂浓度5%(对油相重量),水油比08(重量比)。

Synthesis and Study on the Inverse Emulsion Polymerization of AM,AA and DADMAC
Abstract:An ampholytic PAM has been synthesized by inverse emulsion polymerization of AM,AA and DADMAC.The effects of polymerization factors such as reaction time,initator concentration,emulsifer concentration etc on the properties of product have been studied.The best experimental conditions are as follows,reaction temperature is 30℃,reaction time is 5 hours,initator concentration is 0.7‰ (to monomer weight),emulsifer concentration is 5% (to oil weight),ratio of water to oil is 0.8 (weight).
