Mg-Al/黑药高能点火药研究

摘    要:为了解决黑药在点火能力、吸湿性等方面存在的问题,制备以黑火药组分为基础,以Mg-Al合金粉为燃烧剂,硝化棉为粘结剂的新型高能点火药,并对其性能进行了测试分析;结果表明:该新型高能点火药与黑药相比燃烧热增加75%,比容增加80%,火焰感度、机械感度有所下降,吸湿性有所降低。

Abstract:To solve the black powder in the ignition ability, moisture absorption problems, the study, based on black powder group, Mg-A1 alloy powders as the burners, nitrocellulose as a new type, prepared a high energy ignition binder, and analysis of its performance was tested. Results show that the new type high-energy ignition charge increased by 75% compared with black powder combustion heat, specific vol-ume increased by 80%, the flame sensitivity and mechanical sensitivity decreased, and moisture absorp-tion decreased.
