某型固体火箭发动机点火药盒的改进设计

分析了某型固体火箭发动机点火药盒在贮存期内产生气体、盒表面变鼓问题的原因,提出了选择不含镁粉的黑火药作为点火药剂,并重新设计药量及粒度混装方案;经过各项试验证明,新的点火药盒能够满足该型发动机点火要求。

The Improved Design of Igniter Cartridge on Some Solid Rocket Motor

The reasons of igniter cartridge problem of some solid rocket motor which the igniter cartridge surface plumps up because of gas generation are analyzed. The ignition powder without magnesium powder is chosen and the mix-assembled project of charge mass with granularity is designed under the condition that the material and shape size of igniter cartridge need no change. After all kinds of tests, the new de- signed igniter cartridge is proved to meet the need of motor ignition.
