消焰剂对炮口烟焰的影响

摘    要:
采用硝酸钾、硫酸钾和新型有机消焰剂K-LXG、K-Rn等4种不同的钾盐作为消焰剂,通过球磨机研磨和过筛处理,制成不同粒度的消焰剂样品。以30 mm弹道炮为试验平台,以单基发射药为试验样品,通过三因素四水平的正交试验,进行消焰剂不同添加条件对炮口火焰和烟雾影响的试验研究,分析对比了4种不同消焰剂及其粒度大小和加入量对发射装药炮口火焰及烟雾的影响。正交试验结果表明,消焰剂种类是影响消焰效果的主导因素,在试验采用的装药条件下,最佳的消焰剂添加条件为采用K-Rn新型消焰剂,粒度采用标准筛B3筛处理的样品,加入量为装药量的C3%。

Abstract:
The samples of flash reducing agent with different granularity were prepared with KN03, K2SO4, K-LXG and K-Rn through rubbing and sieving. The 30ram ballistic gun and single base gun pro- pellant were used. The effect of flash reducing agent on muzzle flash and smoke was tested following the or- thogonal experiment with three factors and four levels. The influence of different flash reducing agent with different granularity and amount was contrastively analyzed. The result of orthogonal experiment shows that the category of flash reducing agent is the main factor. The best flash reducing effect is achieved using K- Rn through sieving with B3 eyes bouh. And the amount of K-Rn is C3% of gun propellant charge.
