高效微生物絮凝剂用于污泥脱水及其动力学研究

摘    要:从活性污泥中筛选出一株高效微生物絮凝剂产生菌TJ-1,经16S rDNA相似性分析鉴定为奇异变形杆菌(Proteus mirabilis)。将TJ-1在优化培养条件下所产絮凝剂(MBF)用于污泥脱水,并与PAM、PAC进行了脱水效果对比。正交试验结果表明,该微生物絮凝剂用于污泥脱水的最佳条件是:pH=6.5,1%的CaCl2投加量为4%(体积分数),MBF的投加量为6%(体积分数);在此条件下污泥脱水率可达82%,比单独投加PAC和PAM的脱水效果好。同时,还研究了该微生物絮凝剂在最佳条件下的污泥脱水动力学,并得到了脱水动力学经验方程。

Abstract:A new kind of high-efficiency microbial flocculant-producing strain TJ-1 was obtained from the activated sludge,and identified as the Proteus mirabilis through the analysis of 16S rDNA similarity.The microbial flocculant produced by strain TJ-1 under the optimal culture conditions was used in sewage sludge dewatering and was compared with the PAM and PAC.The orthogonal experiment results show that the optimal dewatering conditions of the microbial flocculant are pH=6.5,1% of CaCl2 dose = 4%(volume fraction),MBF dose = 6%(volume fraction).The resulting dewatering percentage reaches 82%,greater than individual doses of PAM and PAC.At the same time,the sludge dewatering dynamics of the microbial flocculant under the optimal dewatering condition was also investigated and the dewatering dynamic empirical equation was obtained.
