硫酸氢钠催化合成乙酸异丙酯的研究

摘    要:采用一水硫酸氢钠作催化剂,合成了乙酸异丙酯。当酸醇摩尔比为2∶1,催化剂用量为异丙醇质量的10%,反应温度95℃,回流时间为1h时,产率可达94.16%。结果表明,该反应采用一水硫酸氢钠作催化剂,具有较高的活性。此合成方法是一种简便而又实用的方法。

Abstract:Using sodium bisulfate as catalyst on the esterification of isopropyl acetate was studied. The optimized conditions are as follows: the mole ratio of acid to alcohol is 2∶1, and the amount of the catalyst is 10% of isopropanol, the reaction temperature is 95 ℃ and the reaction time is 1 h, the yield may up to 94.16%. Experiment results showed that the sodium bisulfate is a highly active catalyst for this reaction. It is an simple and very practical method.
