摘    要:内蒙古上都发电有限责任公司锅炉设计燃用煤种为胜利煤田高水分褐煤,经煤质分析,该煤属于极易着火、极易燃烬、但结渣及沾污严重的煤种,煤的全水分较高,在30%~35%之间,这些特性对锅炉制粉系统、燃烧方式、炉膛尺寸及燃烧器布置等方面都提出了特殊的要求。搞好褐煤的燃烧技术分析,能够保证该600 MW机组的安全、稳定、经济运行,减少机组的运行维护费用及非计划停运次数。总结了一套可行的600MW机组燃烧褐煤的经验,为以后的调整提供了依据。

Abstract:The design coal of Inner Mongolia Shangdu Power Generation Co. Ltd. , is high moisture lignite of Shengli coalfield. The coal can be easily ignited and burnout, but also can be easily slagging in boiler. The water content is about 30%- 35%. The pulverizing system, combustion mode, furnace size and burner arrangement should be seasoned with these characteristics. Deeply analysis on lignite combustion technology can ensure the safety and economic operation of the unit and also can reduce operation and maintenance cost and unscheduled shutdown. Good experience of lignite combustion can be gained, and it can be referred by later combustion adjustment and optimization.
