芳纶冠带层对半钢子午线轮胎性能的影响

摘    要:研究芳纶冠带层对半钢子午线轮胎性能的影响。试验结果表明,采用1层芳纶冠带层设计的275/40R20高性能子午线轮胎的高速性能水平提升2个等级,压穿强度提高11%,接地印痕和接地压力分布有所改善,成品轮胎顺利通过试验检测。

Abstract:The effect of Kevlar cap belt on the performance of steel belted radial tire was investigated. The test results showed that with one ply Kevlar cap belt, the high speed performance of 275/ 40R20 radial tire was elevated by 2 rates, the strength increased by 11 ~, and the footprint and contact pressure distribution were improved. The finished tire successfully passed the test.
