摘    要:研究了锰对ZZnA14Y锌合金显微组织和力学性能的影响.结果表明:锰能细化ZZnA14Y锌合金的基体组织及a相,使合金的硬度和抗拉强度大大提高,但是由于锌合金中的锰主要以富锰化合物相分布于晶界或晶界附近,使得冲击韧性明显下降.分析认为ZZnA14Y锌合金中加入0.05%锰时其具有较好的综合力学性能.

Abstract:The study was carried out about effect of Mn on microstructure and mechanical properties of ZZnA14Y zinc alloy by means of universal testing machine, impact testing machine, scan electron microscope and energy dispersive spectrometer, etc. The results show that the addition of manganese can refine matrix grains and α phase, and improve the tensile strength and hardness of the alloy greatly. Mn exists mainly in the form of Mn-rich compounds phase, and distributes at or near the grain boundaries, which results in the obvious decrease of impact ductility. Based on analysis and comparison, ZZnA14Y zinc alloy has better comprehensive mechanical properties when the addition of Mn is 0.05%.
