燃烧合成法制备Al2O3-TiB2多孔陶瓷基复合材料

摘    要:利用燃烧合成法制备了Al2O3-TiB2多孔陶瓷基复合材料,研究了燃烧合成反应的热力学、预制坯密度、稀释剂以及复合助燃剂对多孔体系和组织形成的影响。结果表明,加入适量稀释剂以及复合助燃剂对多孔组织的形成有很大帮助。稀释剂含量增加,孔尺寸减小;复合助燃剂加入降低了反应的点燃温度,有利于反应的原位进行,获得了孔尺寸分布均匀,孔径变化范围较小的多孔陶瓷基复合材料。

Abstract:Effects of reaction thermo-kinetics, green density, diluents and compound combustion on porous system and microstructure of Al2O3-TiB2 porous ceramic matrix composites prepared by combustion synthesis have been investigated. It was indicated that proper diluents addition and compound combustion can be greatly helpful for the formation of porous structure. With increasing the diluents content, the pore size is decreased. The compound combustion can decrease the reaction ignition temperature, which is beneficial for the in-situ reaction and the generation of porous ceramic matrix composites with uniformly distributed pore size and small dimension aperture.
