MEM产品开发及工艺研究

摘    要:介绍了如何应用MEM快速成型技术(属于RP技术的一种)进行产品开发,根据实际情况设计了实验方案,对支撑条件进行了详细的分析,通过实际加工,利用现有的MEM-300-1快速成型机设备,针对常用零件的通用特征,得到了在加工工艺过程中不加支撑或尽量减少支撑的条件:开放式悬臂长度L≤6mm、倾斜形特征倾斜角度θ≥30°、圆孔半径R≤4 mm、平顶长度M≤8 mm.

Abstract:The thesis,Study on the product of the RP based on Melted Extrusion Modeling(MEM)and research on the process,focuses on researching the process parameters during the designing and manufacturing of the product of the Rapid Prototyping(RP).The author has introduced how to develop the products by means of MEM technology(one kind of RP technology),employed the equipment MEM-300-I to develop several products on the experimental technical support,then analysed the detailed process parameters,finally obtained the condition whether the support have to be added .In the course of designing,the three dimensional design software PRO/E and RP data processing software DAPHEN are employed,and the thick processing experience is needed.The experimental results indicated that:Using the existed equipment MEM-300-1 rapid pro-totyping machine according to the communal characters,we can get supportal condition and get the best parameters.
