摩托车虚拟样机技术的研究

摘    要:随着计算机技术的进步,多体系统动力学的成熟,使摩托车的建模与仿真产生了巨大的飞跃,特别是ADAMS软件的成功应用使得虚拟样机技术脱颖而出.基于ADAMS的虚拟样机技术,可以把摩托车视为多个相互连接,彼此能够相互运动的多体系统,其运动学和动力学仿真比以往通过数学模型描述更加真实反映摩托车的综合性能,也比图解法更加直接、方便.

Abstract:The motorcycle's modeling and simulation have a huge advancement with the computer technology and multi system dynamics' development, especially the successfully using ADAMS which lets Virtual Prototype show its talent. Motorcycle can be looked as multi system which joints separate parts and makes them move together.With this method, the simulation of motorcycle's Kinematics and Dynamics can reflect motorcycle's integrated function more faithfully than mathematical model and more directly and conveniently than graphic method.
