| Abstract: | Abnormal sound which was the common failure mode of steering gear in C-EPS system was analyzed. The causes of abnormal sound were analyzed in detail based on the different sections which might be cause the abnormal sound. The relevant preventing countermeas- ures were also presented. These preventing countermeasures have been verified in production process which are very instructive to analyze and solve the abnormal sounding problem of steering gear in C-EPS system. |
