| Abstract: | As ecological civilization and intelligent metropolis constitutes essential part of building socialism with Chinese characteristics in the present, the article focuses upon the general atmosphere of economy, culture and ecological globalization and then brings up the development concepts, mode as well as planning and construction pathway involving intelligent metropolis under the guidance of ecological civilization theories for the purpose of actualizing new urbanization marked by Chinese characteristics. |
