昆玉河是贯穿北京西部城区的重要水系,拥有源远流长的历史文脉,其周边商业、文化、居住资源丰富,拥有得天独厚的区位优势,如何使昆玉河紧密地连接起周边众多资源,在当代城市生活中发挥更为积极的作用,创造更人性化的公共场所并建立现代休闲滨水开放空间模式,是此次项目研究和设计的核心.

The Planning and Design of Kunyu River Ecological Water-front Corridor

Kunyu River runs over the west part of Beijing and enjoys long historical cultural traditions, and has rich resources of commercial, culture and residential as well as great position advantage. The heart of the research of this project aims to make the river connects various resources along it to play a more active role in modern city life, create a more humanism public site and establish the modern recreational waterfront space.
