| 摘 要： | 分析了我国电炉发展与废钢资源不足的状况；介绍了一些典型钢厂使用不同新铁源的操作参数；根据我国情况，对电炉采用不同铁源配比和操作方法的能耗、投资和生产成本进行了比较，并对解决我国废钢不足问题提出了建议。

| Abstract: | Recent status of electric arc
furnace development and lack of scrap source in China are analysed. The operation parameters
for using new ferrous source in some typical steel works are presented. Based on the different
ferrous metal charging and process technology employed in these steel works, the energy
consumption, investment and operational cost for electric arc furnace are compared, and the
proposals for solving the problem of insufficient scrap supply are also given in this paper. |
