脂肪醇氧乙烯/氧丙烯分段聚醚琥珀酸单酯磺酸钠的表面活性

摘    要:合成了一系列脂肪醇氧乙烯/氧丙烯分段聚醚琥珀酸单酯磺酸钠,研究了氧乙烯和氧丙烯的分段聚合次序、聚合数及脂肪醇碳原子数对其表面活性的影响。结果表明,适当增加氧乙烯的聚合数有利于提高起泡力,而适当增加氧丙烯的聚合数则有益于改善产品的润湿能力。脂肪醇聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚琥珀酸单酯磺酸钠的临界胶束浓度、最低表面张力都小于对应的脂肪醇聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯醚琥珀酸单酯磺酸钠,前者的润湿力和起泡力都优于后者,而泡沫稳定性则不及后者。

Abstract:Disodium alkyl ethylene oxide and/or propylene oxide block copolymer sulfosuccinates were prepared and the effects of the polymerization sequence and number of ethylene oxide and/or propylene oxide,and the number of carbon atoms in the alkyl on some of their surface active properties were investigated It has been shown that properly increasing the polymerization number of ethylene oxide can enhance the foaming ability,whereas an appropriate increase in the amount of propylene oxide polymerized is useful for improvement of the wetting power The monosulfosuccinate containing ethoxylated propoxylated alkyl is superior in efficiency,efficacy,wetting power and foaming ability,but inferior in foam stability to those prepared by first ethoxylation then propoxylation of alkyl
