摘    要:采用减压精馏的方法对PETG共聚酯混醇进行分离,回收的乙二醇产品纯度大于99%。优化工艺条件为:塔釜温度113~122℃,塔顶温度75~89℃,真空度-0.0995~-0.1MPa,回流比1~3∶1,塔顶冷却水温度20~30℃。

Abstract:The unconverted alcohols in the preparation of PETG copolyester were recoveried and separated by vacuum distillation. The purity of the obtained ethylene glycol was higher than 99%. The optimum conditions for the process were achieved as follows: temperature of tower bottom 113-122℃, temperature of tower top 75- 89℃, vacuum degree -0.099 5-0.1 Mpa, reflux ratio 1-3 : 1, cooling water temperature of tower top 20-30℃.
