摘    要:本文对16MnR球壳板在超声波测厚时发现的厚度显示异常现象进行了分析,找到了造成测厚数值异常的原因及缺陷的成因,得出超声波测厚发现数值异常时应进一步采用超声波探伤仪进行检测,并且应以超声波探伤结果为准的结论。

Abstract:This article analyzes the anomalies of the thickness display while the thickness measuring on 16MnR Spherical shells board by using the ultrasonic thickness tester, finds the reasons of the anomalies and the causes of the defeat, and finally gets the conclusion that when the anomalies appears, we should take further testing by using the ultrasonic flaw detector and get the final results subject to the ultrasonic inspection.
