| 摘 要： | 聚α-烯烃是高品质的润滑油基础油。使用AlCl3-正丁醚络合催化剂催化1-癸烯齐聚,合成低粘度的PAO,考察了催化剂的质量分数、AlCl3与正丁醚的摩尔比、反应温度、反应时间等工艺条件对PAO收率的影响。结果表明,1-癸烯齐聚合成PAO的最佳工艺条件是:AlCl3的摩尔分数为5%,反应温度为30℃,反应时间为4 h。在最佳工艺条件下,可以合成100℃粘度为8.99 mm2/s,粘度指数为170的聚烯烃合成油PAO,收率为87%。具有粘度低、粘度指数高的显著特点,是高质量的聚α-烯烃合成油。
