自交联反应性丙烯酸酯类微凝胶乳液及其涂膜的性能

摘    要:采用半连续种子乳液聚合法,以三羟甲基丙烷三甲基丙烯酸酯(TMPTMA)为交联剂、甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)和甲基丙烯酸(MAA)为功能单体,合成了具有球形结构的自交联反应性丙烯酸酯类微凝胶乳液,并对其结构、性能以及涂膜的性能进行了研究.结果表明,合成的产物是带有悬吊双键及环氧基团的球形自交联反应性丙烯酸酯类微凝胶乳液,其粒径在40~50 nm,呈假塑性;当TMPTMA的质量分数为3%~6%、MAA的质量分数为3.00%~5.00%时,热处理后涂膜的耐水性和力学性能最佳.
