露天矿装运系统数研究

摘    要:
本文从国内外单斗挖掘机-汽车装运系统及其设备的现状出发,提出了露天矿装运系统数的概念。结合装运设备完好率研究了矿山规模与矿山工程对装运系统数的要求,以及生产管理与装运系统数的关系。指出了我国目前一个时期内,大型、特大型露天矿的装运系统数应大于6~8套。今后矿山设备完好率大大提高后,装运系统数也不能低于4套。

Abstract:
The current situation of single bucket excarator-truck loading and transporting system(LTS) both inside and outside China is reviewed and the concept of LTS number is proposed. For China's specially large-scale open pits, the LTS number for the time being should be more than 6-8 sets, depending on mine scale, mining engineering and equipment condition. Even when the proportion of equipment in good condition is greatly raised in the future, LTS number will be no less than 4 sets.
