留小煤柱沿空掘巷技术

摘    要:随着锚杆支护技术的推广应用,沿空掘巷中传统的留设大煤柱的做法,逐渐被留设小煤柱所取代,留设小煤柱护巷成为目前沿空掘巷技术的主要发展方向之一。针对康河煤矿2#煤层,运用理论计算及数值模拟分析,得出了沿空掘巷小煤柱的合理宽度为6 m。现场应用试验表明,巷道围岩变形得到了有效控制,巷道维护效果良好。

Abstract:With the promotion and application of bolting technology,the traditional method of remaining big coal pillar in gob-side entry driving gradually replaced by remaining small coal pillar,and the method remaining small coal pillar for supporting the roadway has became one of the main development direction of gob-side entry driving technology.Aiming at the No.2 coal seam of Kanghe coal mine,with theoretical calculations and numerical simulation analysis,this paper obtained that the reasonable width of the coal pillar in gob-side entry driving was 6 m.Finally,the application test shows that roadway surrounding rock deformation has been effectively controlled,and roadway maintenance effect is good.
