特殊地质条件封孔工艺的研究与应用

摘    要:针对煤层松软、顶底板岩层裂隙发育、具有邻近煤层等特殊地质条件下钻孔封孔质量差、漏气严重而导致测压失败及抽采浓度及流量较低等问题,应用双聚氨酯-压力黏液封孔法,对封孔工艺进行改进,能有效密封围岩裂隙、提高封孔质量,并在东华集团公司北辰煤矿进行了对比试验。结果表明,采用新型封孔工艺可真实测出煤层原始瓦斯压力,有效提高了瓦斯抽采浓度及流量,保障了煤矿安全生产。

Abstract:Aiming at the special geological conditions such as coal seam soft,rock crack development at roof and floor,the adjacent coal seam existing,and so on,the quality of drilling and hole sealing was poor and the phenomenon of air leak was serious which caused pressure measurement failure and gas drainage concentration and flow rate lower.To these problems,double polyurethane-pressure slime hole sealing method was applied which improved the hole sealing technology and effectively sealed surrounding rock fracture and improved hole sealing quality.Contrast test was performed in Beichen coal mine of Donghua group company.The results showed that the original coal seam gas pressure could be truly measured by using the new hole sealing technology which effectively improved the gas drainage concentration and flow rate and ensured safety production in coal mine.
