井下钻屑解吸瓦斯时瓦斯损失量的探讨

摘    要:为了测定煤屑在解吸时的瓦斯损失量,对淮南矿区丁集矿做了井下煤屑瓦斯解吸实验,采样方法采用风力排屑,直接从孔口接取煤样,在采样地点对采样煤屑做等压解吸实验,取煤屑自然解吸初期前20 min作为参考时间段;从而推导出在解吸初期煤屑解吸初速度与解吸时间段关系为q=0.035 t-0.45,瓦斯损失量与暴露时间的经验公式为Qs=0.064t00.55。

Abstract:In order to determinate gas loss amount when coal cuttings desorbed,the gas desorption experiments for underground drilling cuttings in Dingji coal mine of Huainan mining area was done.Isobaric desorption experiment for coal cuttings samples was done in sampling locations by using sampling method of eliminating chips by wind power and accessing coal sample directly from the orifice.Taking nature initial desorption 20min of coal cuttings as the reference time period,then the relationship,q=0.035 t-0.45,between coal cuttings initial velocity and desorption time in initial desorption was deduced,and the empirical formula of gas loss and exposure time was Qs=0.064t0.550.
