热喷涂WC-10Co4Cr涂层的研究现状

摘    要:WC陶瓷涂层以其较高的硬度和优良的耐磨性能而被广泛的应用于各种耐磨保护涂层。文章综述了热喷涂WC-10Co4Cr涂层的主要制备方法及工艺现状;指出了其中最为适合制备WC-10Co4Cr粉末和涂层的技术方法,并总结了近年来热喷涂技术特别是超音速火焰喷涂技术制备WC-10Co4Cr涂层的主要研究进展;同时,通过对影响涂层组织和性能的主要因素和影响机理的分析,对热喷涂WC-10Co4Cr陶瓷涂层的研究趋势进行了展望,提出值得关注稀土元素对WC-10Co4Cr涂层的改性作用。

Abstract:The WC ceramic coatings were widely applied in many kinds of fields as resistant coatings owing to their high hardness and excellent wear resistance. Both union intensity of WC-10Co4Cr ceramic coatings, wear resistance and anti-corrosion performance are more favorable than the traditional WC coatings. This paper summarizes the methods and processes of WC-10Co4Cr coatings prepared by thermal spraying, and points out which are the most efficient methods for WC-10Co4Cr powders and coatings.The research achievements about WC-10Co4Cr of scholars are summarized in recent years. Through analyzing the influencing factors and mechanism for structures and properties of coatings, the author forecasts the development trend of WC-10Co4Cr coatings prepared by thermal spraying.
