攀钢使用生石灰强化烧结的实践

摘    要:生石灰消化后作为一种强性胶体物质,用于烧结能提高精矿的制粒性能和准颗粒的热稳定性,改善料层的透气性,具有明显的增产作用;同时消化放热提高料温,减少烧结过程中碳酸盐的分解热;活化燃料的燃烧性能,节约固体燃耗。攀钢的烧结实践表明:配加5%的生石灰,与使用同配比的消石灰相比可增产5.40%,节约固体燃耗5.4kgce/t,比不用任何添加剂时增产13.74%以上。

Abstract:WT5BZ] As a strong colloid ,the burnt lime after assimilation can improving the granulation capability of concentrates and the hot stability of quasi particals,improving bed permeability,as a result of these effects,the output of sinter increases evidently,the solid fuel consumption is saved while it enhance mix temperature in assimilation reaction,reduce carbonate decomposition caloric, come into being activation of combustibility of fuel in sintering. Using 5% of burnt lime,sintering capacity increased 5.40%, solid fuel consumption reduced 5.42kg/t in comparison with using 5% of lime hydrate; sintering capacity increaes upon 13.47% in comparison with not using any additivein sintering production practice at Pan Gang Corp. WT5HZ]
