连铸坯振痕形成机理及电磁控制技术

摘    要:综述连铸坯振痕形成机理,特别介绍了最近提出的一种新的振痕形成机理,认为连铸过程中结晶器振动导致初始凝固坯壳的“温度波动”是铸坯表面振痕形成的一个重要原因。为减轻振痕,改善连铸坯表面质量,介绍了多种振痕控制技术和最近提出的两种电磁连铸新技术:调幅磁场耦舍结晶器振动的电磁连铸技术和调幅磁场下无结晶器振动的电磁连铸技术。

Abstract:The mechanisms of oscillation mark formation and its control technologies in continuous casting process were overviewed.A new mechanism was introduced in which the temperature fluctuation of early solidified shell caused by mould reciprocation was considered as a key factor.There were several kinds of control technique which could be used to decrease the depth of oscillation marks and improve the surface quality of CC strands.The two novel kinds of Electromagnetic Continuous Casting(EMCC) technologies were based on the special Amplitude-Modulated Magnetic Field(AMMF),one was named as mold oscillation coupled with AMMF EMCC and the other as Mould Oscillation-less Electromagnetic Continuous Casting(MOLECC) under AMMF.
