管路系统的虚拟设计

摘    要:针对各种管路系统中的管路在三维空间纵横交错,管路敷设设计工作纷杂繁复的问题,基于管路路径的三维空间数据和3DS Max平台,通过Max Script语言程序和实体造型技术,调用3DS Max的相关命令生成管路的三维实体模型;借助于虚拟现实硬件,在WTK软件平台上调用管路的三维实体模型,实现了管路系统的三维虚拟设计和真实感、沉浸感显示;讨论了WTK软件平台上图形用户界面的设计方法和步骤,完成了管路虚拟设计系统的用户界面设计。

Abstract:Pipes in all kind piping systems stretch freely and crisscross in three dimensional space, and the design work is complicated and heavy. Aiming for this problem, based on the three dimensional date of piping paths and the platform of 3DS Max, the solid model of pipes is built with Max Script language and solid modeling technique. The solid model of pipes is utilized on the platform of WTK to achieve the three dimensional virtual design and the immersing display of piping system with the help of virtual reality's hardware; The method and process to design the Graphical User Interface on WTK are discussed, and the design of Graphical User Interface of piping virtual design system is finished.
