古县“三水合一引水”工程运行中出现的问题分析和探讨

古县2006-2007年建成了古县三水合一引水工程,但由于这六年的运行出现水源水量不足,管道破损及冻破等现象,导致工程不能正常运行,针对这些现象应建设乔麦坪、石人沟引水工程来补充水源,改造和更新县城供水系统设施和配水管网等方法使古县三水合一引水工程正常运行,为古县的经济发展奠定基础。

Analysis and discussion on problems occurred in Three Rivers Water Diversion Project operation in Gu county

Three Rivers Water Diversion Project operating in Gu county was constructed in 2006-2007. However, due to the water shortage of water source, pipeline damage and frozen broken during six years of operation, the project cannot operate normally. According to these phenomena, Qiaomaiping diversion project and Shirengou diversion project should be constructed for water source supplement, water supply facilities and water distribution pipe network should be reconstructed and updated, so that the project can normally operating and lay a foundation for the economic development of Gu county.
