常减压装置中和缓蚀剂性能研究

摘    要:根据原油蒸馏系统的腐蚀原因和腐蚀机理,研究了中和缓蚀剂,并提出了具体的防腐蚀措施。从理论和实际出发,说明了中和剂和缓蚀剂应具备的标准及要求,详细介绍了NH—1中和缓蚀剂中的中和剂组分和缓蚀剂组分的性能及其与常规药剂不同的特点,并对在石化企业中的应用作了介绍。

Abstract:According to corrosion reasons and corrosion mechanism of crude oil distillation system , neutralization corrosion inhibitor was studied, and corrosion protection measures were put forward. Theory and reality shows that neutralizer and corrosion inhibitor should have the standards and requirements. Properties and characteristics of neutralizer and corrosion inhibitor composition in NH - 1 neutralization corrosion inhibitor were introduced . Its applications in the petrochemical enterprises were also discussed.
