| 摘 要： | 自动化立体仓库是一种多层存放货物的仓库系统,由控制系统、高位货架、堆垛机、运动机械、计算机管理控制系统以及其他辅助设备组成。本文的电气控制是由S7-200型可编程控制器（PLC）、步进电机驱动电源模块、开关电源、位置传感器等器件组成。该电气控制系统分手动和自动两种方式。主要实现取货和送货的功能,在执行完任务后自动返回到零位等待下一个指令,并用MCGS组态软件进行实时监控。
