预湿上浆在本色及色织品种上浆中的应用分析

摘    要:
使用WET SIZE上浆装置进行预湿上浆有节约能源、提高纱线强力和成品外观质量的优势。文中对其上浆工艺路线以及在上浆过程中出现的浆液粘度和浓度的变化、影响上浆稳定的因素进行了分析,并针对出现的问题从浆料、预湿压轧力、预湿水槽水温、浆纱工艺参数的选择四方面进行了探索与试验。采用高浓低粘浆料,本色品种选择较高的水温润洗棉蜡及杂质,色织品种选择常温清水洗去浮色,预湿压轧力应掌握先重后轻,可确保具有良好的浆膜和上浆效果。

Abstract:
The prewet sizing processing using WEISIZE sizing set can save energy resource, improve yarn strength and products appearance quality. The sizing processing route,size liquid viscosity and concentration change in sizing, the factor of influencing sizing stability are analyzed. According to question, four factors of sizing agent, prewet pressure, temperature of prewet water pool, selection of sizing parameters are discussed and tested. Using sizing agent of high-concentration and low-viscosity, higher water temperature is selected to wash cotton wax in processing gray varieties, normal water temperature is selected to wash loose color in processing colored varieties, prewet pressure should be bigger first and smaller later, so as to ensure good size film and sizing effect.
