| 摘 要： | 改革硕士研究生的培养模式,输送符合当前社会需求的合格人才,是硕士研究生培养亟待解决的关键问题.产学研合作为研究生创新能力以及实践能力的培养提供了有效途径.文章总结了产学研合作平台的类型,构建了硕士研究生产学研合作培养模式的框架,分析了地方特色高校在产学研合作中的优势;并以管理科学与工程为例,重构地方特色高校硕士研究生的培养目标、培养方式和质量评价体系;从观念转变、管理制度改革和政策支持等几个方面提出硕士研究生培养模式实施的保障措施.

| Abstract: | mode is a Training qualified talents to meet current social needs by reforming key problem effective way to improve education for master the process of IARC methods and quality an example. Finally postgraduate training to be solved. Industry-academy-research cooperation （IARC） provides an postgraduate innovative ability and practical ability. First, frame of IARC graduate student is built with different type of IARC. Simuhaneously, advantage in of local characteristic university is analyzed. Then, training objectives, training evaluation system are reconstructed with management science and engineering as safeguards including change of concept, management system reformation and policy support are proposed for favorable implementation of IARC education. |
