厌氧折流板反应器与膜生物反应器组合工艺脱氮除磷机理研究

摘    要:将ABR反应器与MBR反应器相结合,构建ABR/MBR优化组合工艺(CAMBR),并用于处理城市污水(pH6.5~8.5,温度25±1℃)。结果表明,CAMBR反应器在HRT为7.5 h,回流比为200%以及DO为3 mg/L时,反应器运行稳定,出水达到了《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918-2002)一级A标准。出水COD、NH4+-N、TN和TP的平均浓度分别为24、0.4、10.6、0.31 mg/L;对应的去除率分别为93%、99%、79%和92%。膜池强化了系统去除功能,对NH4+-N、TN和TP的去除率分别为13%、10%和18%。

Abstract:An anaerobic baffled reactor (ABR) was combined with an aerobic membrane bioreactor (MBR) to obtain CAMBR, a process of optimal combination, which was used to investigate the municipal wastewater at controlled pH range 6.5-8.5 and at constant temperature 25±1 ℃. The process was able to maintain a stable performance with the high quality effluent during the period with a HRT of 7.5 h at a recycle ratio of 200% and DO of 3 mg/L. The effluent quality met the Level-one A criteria specified in Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant (GB 18918-2002). Total nitrogen (TN), ammonia (NH4+-N), total phos-phorus (TP) and chemical oxygen demand (COD) removal performances were evaluated to analyze the mechanism for the efficient nutrient removal from the municipal wastewater. The results showed that the average removal rates" of COD, NH4+-N, TN and TP reached 93%, 99%, 79% and 92%, respectively, correspondingly with the COD, NHn+-N, TN and TP effluent of 24, 0.4, 10.6 and 0.31 mg/L. The MBR enhanced NH4+-N, TN and TP removal rates of 13%, 10% and 18%.
