天然水溶性甲壳素的热稳定性研究

摘    要:采用多重扫描速率法研究了利用冻融循环制备的天然水溶性甲壳素(WSC)的热分解反应动力学,反应活化能E和指前因子lnA分别为(194.31±1.56)kJ/mol和(37.90±0.36)min-1。采用Achar微分法判定该物质的热分解最概然机理函数为f(α)=3(1-α)2/3,属几何形态收缩(球形对称)机理。热处理样品残渣的红外光谱分析结果显示,WSC热分解过程与壳聚糖一样,最先发生的是糖链的解聚,即C-O-C键的断裂。

Abstract:Multiple scan rate nonisothermal DSC curves were employed to investigate the pyrolysis kinetics of a natural water soluble chitin(WSC),which was prepared using alkali-freezing-thawing treatment.The apparent activation energy(E) and frequency factor(lnA) for thermal decomposition were(194.31±1.56)kJ/mol and(37.90±0.36)min-1,respectively.And the most probable mechanism function was obtained by Achar′s differential method.The function was f(α)= 3(1-α)2/3,which was considered as shrinkage geometric shape(ball symmetry) mechanism.FT-IR spectra of the residues of WSC after heating under different procedure show that the thermal decomposition process is similar as chitosan,which is first occurred in the molecular chain depolymerization,viz the C-O-C bond cleavage.
