铝合金压力锅差压铸造工艺研究

摘    要:根据铝合金压力锅的产品结构和技术指标,设计金属型差压铸造模具及工艺方案,确定其工艺参数.在浇注温度为700~720 ℃、同步压力为0.6 MPa、升液速度为35 mm/s、充型速度为45 mm/s、结晶保压时间为15~20 s工艺下,试制的铝合金压力锅无缩孔和疏松等缺陷,晶粒比低压铸造试件细小,金相组织更致密,力学性能:σ_b≥315 MPa,δ≥8%.

Abstract:Based on analyzing structure features of high quality aluminum alloy pressure-cooker and its technological requirements, mould for permanent mold counter pressure casting and its processing were designed, and processing parameters were determined. In the condition of pouring at 700~720℃, pressure of 0.6MPa, lifting velocity of 35 mm/s and filling at 45 mm/s as well as holding pressure for 15~20 s, the absence of shrinkage hole (porosity) in the trial-production pressure-cooker can be observed, meanwhile, grain size in the alloy with more compact microstructure is refiner than that of one in low pressure casting, and tensile strength and elongation are higher than 315MPa and 8%, respectively.
