| Abstract: | The use of three phase 99Tcm (V)DMSA scintigraphy is reported in a patient with Paget's disease of bone before and after intravenous pamidronate therapy. It was a useful modality for estimating the activity of Pagetoid lesions and the therapeutic effect of pamidronate, from a different aspect to bone scintigraphy. Three phase 99Tcm (V)DMSA scintigraphy evaluates both the blood flow and the metabolic activity of Pagetoid bone. |
