尖晶石型LiCo0.1Mn1.9O4材料的制备和性能

摘    要:通过分步加热高温固相合成法合成了尖晶石型LiCo0.1Mn1.9O4材料,在实体电池LiCo0.1Mn1.9O4/1 mol/LLiPF6-EC DEC EMC/MCMB体系中研究了材料的电化学性能。经过1 000次循环,LiCo0.1Mn1.9O4材料的放电容量保持率在85%以上,2 C充放电时,放电容量为0.1 C时的97.28%。利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)和电子扫描电镜(SEM)对经过不同次数循环后的正极片进行研究,发现经过千次循环,材料的结构和极片表面形貌都得到很好的保持。

Abstract:The spinel LiCo0.1Mn1.9O4 was prepared by high temperature solid-phase reaction.The electrochemical properties were measured in 562247 prismatic lithium ion battery-LiCo0.1Mn1.9O4 /1 mol/L LiPF6-EC DEC EMC/MCMB.After 1 000 cycles,more than 85% of the capacity was maintained.At 2 C rate,the spinel LiCo0.1Mn1.9O4 could give 97.28% of the capacity at 0.1 C rate.The structure and morphology of the cathodes after different cycles were studied by means of XRD and SEM.The results showed that the structure and morphology of the cathode were perfectly remained.
