摘    要:从土壤中筛选到一株能发酵葡萄糖和戊糖制乙醇的菌种,通过形态观察初步称该菌为假丝酵母Candidasp;研究发现pH值、发酵供氧情况、总糖浓度等对该菌种发酵稻草水解液制取乙醇的效率都有一定的影响,并且实验结果发现稻草水解液经过氢氧化钙处理后,总糖的利用率与乙醇转化率都有所

Abstract:A strain was isolated from soil,which can ferment both glucose and xylose to ethanol efficiently.Through morphology observation and traditional taxonomy,the strain was identified as Candida shehatae sp.The following fermentation experiments showed that several parameters including pH,aeration rate-and total sugar concentration had some effects on the ethanol productivity.After the rice straw hydrolysate was overlimed with Ca(OH)2,the utilization of total sugar and the conversion of ethanol for the treated h...
