搅拌罐内气液两相流场的数值研究

摘    要:利用双流体模型对搅拌罐内气液两相的全三维流场进行了数值模拟。在建模过程中采用多参考坐标系法描述搅拌桨和挡板间的相互作用,并考虑通气引起的搅拌罐内液位的上升。考察了不同的曳力模型对计算结果的影响,研究了搅拌罐内气液两相的流动行为。结果表明:建模方法无需事先估算出气体到液面处的上升速度,方便了建模过程中边界条件的设置。采用这一建模方法不仅可以准确地捕获搅拌罐内气液两相流场的结构特征,而且可以反映出通气对搅拌罐内液位高度的影响。Schiller-Naumann曳力模型比较适合于搅拌罐内气液两相流场的数值模拟。
